Welcome — I’m Ky, a Registered Dietitian specialising in weight and health management.
Before qualifying as a Dietitian, I spent several years as a full-time nutrition coach helping people improve their health, confidence, and relationship with food. Since 2021, I’ve supported many clients to lose weight sustainably, put type 2 diabetes into remission, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, and feel more energised and in control of their wellbeing.
My approach is compassionate, realistic, and evidence-based — focused on helping you make lasting changes without guilt, restriction, or fad diets.

About Me
Hi, I’m Ky, I’m 44 & live in Worcestershire with my husband and son.
I came to nutrition coaching later in life, having worked for 18 years in the Automotive Industry. This experience helps me to understand the everyday pressures my clients face balancing long hours, work stress and home life.
In my spare time I like to run, walk, read and open water swim. All these things help me to build resilience and keep my mind and body healthy.
